Legal Requirements
These conditions apply to all vehicles and are the minimum requirements. Our insurers may request more details prior to hire
Minimum age of hire - 23
Due to insurance requirements our minimum hire age is 23 yrs with a full driving licence for minimum 1 year.
There may be additional premiums to pay if you have penalty points or other issues as required by our insurers
Proof of identity required
we require a photo driving licence and a current utility bill/ bank statement as proof of address to confirm your identity with the insurers.
Additional ID may be required as requested
Insurance excess requirement
the standard excess from our insurers is £1000 but an excess reduction can be obtained via a premium payment to our insurers
Collection/return policy
Vehicles will be available for collection from 1pm on day of hire and must be returned by 11am on day of return.
Earlier/later can be arranged by prior notice but may incur additional costs.
